From start to finish Ruth was so helpful, especially when I had an issue with accessing my account to get access to the property. The location was perfect and the property was peaceful and so clean.

The apartment was so welcoming, immaculate, and beautifully laid out. There wasn't anything that had been missed, even down to the welcome gift bag with little goodies. It is very central for everything York has to offer. We will be recommending it to our friends and family, and hopefully, we'll get back to visit York soon.

Fabulous location, all attractions within walking distance of the Apartment. Extremely comfortable property, with all the facilities you need for your stay.

Parking is definitely a big bonus. Would highly recommend and definitely will stay here again.

The location is great for the city centre and local amenities. Perfect size for our family of 3. Easy to find - clear instructions given from host prior to arrival.

I took a gamble on this booking knowing there were no reviews before whatever we wrote because of how much l liked the look, location and the bonus of a parking space.

Turned out this was a gamble that paid off. From a lovely welcome bag of Yorkshire treats, to thoughtful use of the space, to exactly the right things you need for cooking and cleaning etc. this was very, very well thought out.

We received all the access information in a timely fashion as well as Ruth's number to contact her should we need to. Always a good sign when you get that information early but feel confident you won't need it.

If we're back in York there's every chance we choose this again.

I will note the one very minor change that could be implemented in striving for as close to perfection as possible.

Air conditioning - which seems silly in the UK but the weather was good while we stayed meaning we wanted the windows open for much of the time, which did the trick but the window is close enough to where the bins are that if you have them open you're fine only until someone goes to drop some rubbish and then you get a waft of bin smell. Wasn't a huge issue at all but could be on a hot summer's day.

The apartment was lovely and clean and was super cosy. We loved the Christmas decorations and tree, this was a great touch. It was in a nice and quiet location, with the benefit of the city centre being only a few minutes walk away.

An absolute exceptional studio property with amazing attention to detail. It was extremely tastefully decorated, so pleasant and comfortable. Everything was of the highest spec. It had everything you need and the bed was wonderful. The outside courtyard was a real bonus. This property is a stone's throw from York Minster which means you can walk everywhere in the city. The car parking is directly opposite the apartments but we found we did not need to use the car. We would definitely stay again. The host was really helpful and accessible and all instructions clear.
